  • genetic information about an individual that is not otherwise health information; or
  • biometric information that is to be used for the purpose of automated biometric verification or biometric identification; or

4. Why and What Personal Information We Collect

We DO NOT collect personal information about people aged under 18 years old.
We DO NOT collect sensitive information unless required by law.

We collect your personal information for the primary purpose of providing our products to you and marketing. We may also use your personal information for secondary purposes closely related to the primary purpose, in circumstances where you would reasonably expect such use or disclosure.

This personal information is obtained in many ways, including interviews, by phone/video conference, by email, via our website, from your website, from media and publications, from other publicly available sources, from cookies, and/or from third parties.

We keep project records indefinitely for the purposes of documentation and/or future work, but upon request, they will be deleted. We are required by law to keep business records for a minimum of 7 years.

We DO NOT disclose or sell your personal information unless required by law. Should we need to disclose your personal information, we will do so only with your express consent.

TeCrafted will not charge any fee for your access request but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your personal information. To protect your personal information, we may require identification from you before releasing the requested information.

Should you not be satisfied with the complaint resolution, you can lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
